Workgroups
A workgroup lets several people work on the same projects. You decide who is in it and what each member may do. Anyone signed in can create a workgroup and belong to as many as they like.
Create and invite
Create a workgroup with a name and an optional description — you become its creator, an admin who can never be removed. Invite members by e-mail as admin or member and tick their rights. Someone without an account signs up with that address and finds the invitation waiting; invitations expire after 14 days.
Rights
Rights apply to every project of the workgroup. Every member can view; admins can do everything.
| Right | Allows |
|---|---|
| View projects | Open projects and follow progress live |
| Import repositories | Import a new project straight into the workgroup |
| Add own projects | Put your own projects into the workgroup |
| Run & stop analyses | Re-analyse, stop, regenerate, refresh tracked repositories |
| Edit documentation | Edit and approve sections, canvases and ADRs; upload evidence |
| Delete projects | Remove projects from the workgroup, or delete them for good |
| Download documentation | Download the documentation ZIP |
| Share to other workgroups | Share a project onward and copy its public link |
Buttons for rights you do not hold are not shown. Runs are always billed to the project owner, not to the member who starts them.
On My Projects, tick Include workgroups to list projects shared with you next to your own.
