Dev-Doc credits are sold by our reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all orders. This policy explains when you can get your money back. It is part of our Terms of Service.
14-day money-back guarantee
You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase for any credit purchase. We refund the purchase price of the credits from that purchase that you have not yet used:
- No credits from the purchase used: full refund.
- Some credits used: refund of the unused credits, pro rata to the price you paid.
- All credits used: no refund, because the service has been fully delivered.
The free sign-up credits cannot be refunded.
Failed runs and technical problems
If credits were consumed by an analysis that failed because of an error on our side, we will restore those credits to your balance, or refund them if you prefer — regardless of the 14-day period.
How to request a refund
- Find your order at paddle.net using the e-mail address from your receipt and request a refund there, or
- e-mail us at info@dev-doc.io with your order number (from the Paddle receipt) and the e-mail address of your Dev-Doc account.
We review requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method; depending on your bank or card provider it may take 5–10 business days to appear. Taxes charged on the purchase are refunded proportionally.
When a refund is issued, the refunded credits are removed from your Dev-Doc balance.
Your statutory rights
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you also have a statutory right of withdrawal, as set out in the Paddle Buyer Terms. This policy does not limit those or any other mandatory consumer rights.
Chargebacks
Please contact us or Paddle before disputing a payment with your bank — we can usually resolve problems faster. While a chargeback is open, we may suspend the use of the disputed credits.
